Andreas Euler
Founder and Managing Director of apprime since 2011. Over 13 years of experience designing and building digital products, platforms and system architectures – across Health, Mobility, FinTech, Government and Research. Two successful exits (equeo, Movebis) before apprime. Previously worked for more than a decade as Creative Director with international agencies, including Siegel & Gale in New York. His approach bridges design, engineering and strategy to build viable platforms – not just features. Today he works closely with founders, product teams and decision-makers who need more than execution – someone who designs and drives the evolution.
Danuta Florczyk
Managing Partner at apprime with over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, digital platforms and adtech. Shaped by early roles at Yahoo and Zalando, deeply rooted in data-driven business models. What she brings is not classical consulting – but market knowledge that opens access: international expansion with a focus on EU ↔︎ GCC, structuring financing and market entry, the interface between companies, startups and capital. Additional experience from building international startup activities (including Doha) and working with venture capital, family offices, and institutional funds.
Thomas Hauschild
CTO at apprime and technical architect for complex digital systems. Drives the development of scalable solutions across the full stack — from native iOS and Android apps through cross-platform development to cloud backend architectures and proprietary infrastructure. Continuously evaluates new technologies such as AI for their architectural impact and decides where they genuinely improve products. His focus is clean system architecture designed from day one for scale, maintainability and operational stability. A close sparring partner for product and engineering teams — wherever technical decisions have to carry the business model.

Martin Wentzlaff
App developer with a DevOps background. Specialises in cross-platform development with Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose — AI-assisted or classic, depending on the project.
Anne Neuhäuser
Business informatics expert with special skills in capturing and organizing complex use cases. Expertise in information architecture, system design and structural analysis of digital ecosystems.
Juan Pablo Méndez Nogales
Fullstack developer with a strong AI focus. Works with foundation models, self-hosting and RAG approaches and designs intelligent workflows, automated processes and AI-powered integrations — from data preparation to seamless integration into existing systems and products.

Specialist in CMS solutions, frameworks and diverse web and backend technologies. Also an expert in cloud backend solutions and scalable infrastructure.
Sebastian Vogelsang
Strategic advisor for security, accessibility and AI compliance. Responsible for compliance with BITV 2.0, WCAG standards, data security and the EU AI Act in mobile solutions and products.
Michael Heinrich
Michael Heinrich is responsible for the development of intuitive applications in the mobile health sector at apprime GmbH.
Jana Hartung
Jana supports apprime in online marketing and social media – from content to campaigns.
Dr. med. Grit Euler
Reviews the fundamentals of handling health data, personal data and forward-looking solutions in the public sector as part of the advisory board. Determines internal standards for the responsible handling of sensitive data.
Sabine Pickett
Strategic support for the digital transformation at apprime and Sanamobil. Content strategy and communication for repositioning. Combines creative storytelling with a clear view of brand building in the tech sector.
